You'll feel welcome as you enter Borrello's, which is
housed in a beautifully restored building (circa 1840's). The main dining
room features ceiling beams which are recreations of beams used to symbolize
Noah's Ark. Also of historical
interest is the railing which was preserved from a 19th century Scottish
Presbyterian Church.

The
proud owners, Arasimo and Holly Borrello, oversee all aspects of their
restaurant from the preparation and presentation of all dishes to the service
of their staff. With over twenty-seven years of food service experience, the
Borrello's can guarantee superb quality food and Vicksburg's best service and
atmosphere.
Arasimo
says that due to his family's Sicilian influence and his upbringing in New
Orleans, he couldn't resist adding Creole and seafood dishes to his family's
authentic Italian dishes. "We have the best of everything," his
wife, Holly, adds, "red gravy, lasagna, veal parmagiana, seafood gumbo,
raw oysters, shrimp Creole, Angus steaks and wonderful desserts. We have
something for everyone."
The
Borrello's promise to make you feel like a part of their family as they
pamper you with their quality food, great service and consistency. Come and
experience why they can say...
"People
eat at restaurants but they Dine at Borrello's!"
"Treat
yourself to the Best. Come experience the Difference. We are Vicksburg's Premier
Restaurant."
